VOLLEY BALL:
Coordinators names: Sourav Bose(ME, 4th year),Imran Aslam(ME, 4th year)
Rules & Regulations:
- Each college can participate with maximum of two teams.
- Each team will have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players.
- Tournament will be held on league cum knockout basis.
- There will be no rotation rules.
- Referee’s decision will be final.
- Each game will be of 3 sets of 25 points.
- Semi-finals and finals will be based on best of five sets.
- Every team has to report on the field 20 minutes before their match. We will wait maximum of five minutes for a team to report at the venue.
- College identity card is a must for the participating team members to participate in this event.
TABLE TENNIES:
Coordinators names: Bhaskar debnath. (EE, 3rd year),Agniv Banerjee. (CSE, 3rd year)
Rules & Regulations:
- College identity card is a must for the participating team members to participate in this event.
- There will be two categories, singles and doubles.
- Each match would be best of 3 games and each game would be for a maximum of 11 points as per ITTF norms & regulations.
- Semis and finals will be a best of 5 games, and each game of 11 points.
FOOTBALL:
Coordinators name: Sayantan sen. (ECE, 4th year),Subha sawoo. (ECE, 2nd year)
Rules & Regulations:
- College identity card is a must for the participating team members to participate in this event.
- Each team should have 10 players i.e. 6 infield players + 1 goalkeeper [+3reserves].
- The fixture will be on knockout basis.
- Duration: The total duration of the matches will be of 35 (15-5-15) minutes. In case, there is no result after the stipulated time, the results will be decided according to the penalty shootout.
- The allowance for time lost is at the discretion of the referee.
- There is no offside rule.
- Maximum 3 substitutions will be allowed during each game.
- Card Rules:
- A player shown 2 yellow cards or a red card in a match is compelled to leave the field for that match and is not permissible to play the next match.
- If any player receives 2 Yellow cards before the semi-finals, he is not allowed to take part in the semi-finals. For the finals any yellow cards received before semi-finals is nullified.
- Back Pass Rules:
- The goalkeeper is not allowed to catch a back pass made by foot.
- Back pass made only by head or chest can be caught by the goalkeeper.
- The decision of referee will be the final decision.
CRICKET:
Coordinators names: Sandip oroan. (Diploma 3rd year, civil),Sayan chakraborty. (ECE, 3rd year)
Rules & Regulations:
- College identity card is a must for the participating team members to participate in this event.
- Each Game will be of 8 overs.
- Only 2 bowler can bowl maximum of 3 over's.
- All rules of International Cricket except LBW.
- The match would be played in full-hand with hard tennis ball.
- The decision of On Field Umpires would be final.
- In case of Tie, there will be a Super Over.
