PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS •The original research works in the form of full length paper presented in the seminar. •All the research papers will be subjected to peer reviewing. Authors are solely responsible for the scientific contents of the article and will be required to sign a certificate of ‘Transfer of Copyright’. •Manuscript should be submitted in Word on a letter size paper with no line numbering, a line spacing of 1.5, Times New Roman 11-point font size, margins top/bottom of 1”, margins left/right of 1.25”, and editable equations with an equation editor in WORD2010. •A typical manuscript will include the title, author(s) with affiliation/email/mailing address, introduction, literature review if applicable, theoretical approach if applicable, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions, summary, detailed list of keywords, references using numbering system and alphabetical order, any appendix, etc. •Tables and figures should be included in the text at right place just after their citation. •Soft copy of the Abstract/paper should be mailed within stipulated time to st.cstt.cit2017@gmail.com in the format given hereunder. •Title : It should be short, specific and informative •Name of author(s): Indicate corresponding author with superscript numerals along with e-mail address (must). •Address: Address of the institution(s) where the research was undertaken. •Key words: 5-6 keywords suitable for indexing, should be given in alphabetical order. •Abstract: It should be brief (not exceeding 200 words), informative and should highlights the main findings of the work. Abbreviation should be avoided in the abstract. •Introduction: A brief introductory paragraph explaining the objective of the paper with relevant recent review of research work should be provided. •Materials and Methods: It should provide adequate information on the materials used, techniques followed, description of Models used and development of methodology undertaken. •Results and Discussion: It should be combined to avoid repetitions. The significance of the results in relation to other relevant published works should be highlighted in the discussion. Same data should not be presented in table and figure simultaneously. The article should end with definite conclusion drawn from the results obtained. •Table: Each table should be concise and typed on separate page. Horizontal and vertical lines should not be marked within the table. •References: Only published articles should be referenced. The reference should be numbered in the reference list. References cited in the text should be in reference list. •Authors also have to prepare a copy of the paper in Hindi/Bengali. •Last Date of Submission of Abstract is 07.12.2017 • Area of Research Paper----- |
